Mr. Agadoni is responsible for leading LightBox's Consulting and Engineering solutions including strategy, client engagement and strategic partnerships. For more than 30 years, he was an Environmental Professional who managed a national consulting practice for commercial real estate investors and lenders.
He is a speaker and author on a broad range of environmental, health and safety issues such as site assessments and audits, regulatory compliance, radon, asbestos, and mold. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the southeast chapter of the Real Estate Investment Advisory Council (REIAC) and he directed public course offerings of the Environmental Institute in Atlanta, Georgia. He is a Certified Environmental Auditor and Registered Environmental Property Assessor.

Ms. Denly serves as TRC’s PFAS Initiative Leader & Chemistry Director. As a project QA chemist at TRC, Ms. Denly is responsible for providing quality assurance (QA)/quality control (QC) oversight in support of different environmental investigations, including remediation programs, ambient air monitoring, and human health/ecological risk assessments. Ms. Denly is currently serving on the Interstate Technology and Regulatory Council (ITRC) PFAS team, is a co-leader on the PFAS History & Use Naming Conventions sub-team, serves as a trainer for this team, and won the 2017 and 2022 ITRC Industry Affiliates Award for her contributions to this team. She works on many different types of PFAS investigations with a specific focus on risk liability assessment/management plans, chemistry, sampling procedures, data interpretation, forensics, QA/QC, and analytical methodologies. She has recently collaborated with laboratories on research activities including (1) evaluation of the leachability of PFAS from environmental sampling products; (2) evaluation of analytical approaches (isotope dilution liquid chromatography/dual mass spectrometry, total oxidizable precursor assay, and total fluorine) on samples collected from aqueous film forming foam sources and paper mill sources; (3) evaluation of the solubility of perfluorooctane sulfonic acid; and (4) evaluation of sampling/analytical approaches for the measurement of PFAS in ambient air. Her major areas of expertise include emerging contaminants, data evaluation, quality assurance project plans, data usability assessments, field and laboratory audits, and consulting for regulatory agencies.

Mr. Weed has over 25 years experience in assessing environmental liabilities associated with industrial properties, and advising private equity firms and corporate entities regarding environmental risk management and value creation opportunities. Mr. Weed brings an ability to quickly understand and communicate environmental risks and opportunities that may have a material impact on the financial performance of a company or investment opportunity, especially in the Industrial/Chemical Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Aerospace, Power Generation, and Consumer/Retail market sectors that have assets across the Globe. Mr. Weed is also a key member of TRC's Client Development Team for the Environmental Sector and routinely is called upon by existing clients as a trusted senior advisor, and has responsibilities for new business and strategic growth initiatives across TRC's lines of services.
Mr. Weed is also a key Leader of TRC's global Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team that provides wide ranging environmental advising to global-based private equity firms, corporations, and law firms. TAS is routinely asked to quantify environmental liabilities and ESG risks and opportunities associated with private and public companies targeted for acquisition or divestiture, including understanding the impact that current and future regulatory requirements may have on environmental liabilities, corporate reserves, capital expenditures, and cash flow. TAS also assists clients with strategic planning for managing and reducing environmental liabilities through environmental improvement, remediation, sustainability, and value-creation opportunities over the life-cycle ownership of the asset. Mr. Weed routinely interfaces with managing directors, ESG professionals, and legal, accounting, and insurance advisers during due diligence; and with General Counsel, corporate leaders, EHS managers, and Sustainability Directors post-acquisition.
