With over 27 years of experience in the appraisal and financial industries, Candi Coleman is an adept real estate, regulatory compliance, and technology professional. As a Certified General Appraiser who holds the MAI designation, Ms. Coleman has extensive appraisal and appraisal review experience with 20 years in a lending environment. Through her former experience as a Chief Appraiser for a financial institution, she has demonstrated the ability to assess and implement enhanced real estate and valuation risk management and supervision policies and procedures, strengthen compliance with regulatory requirements, and incorporate new technological tools to achieve cost-effective solutions.
Ms. Coleman’s skills as an established thought leader, instructor, and public speaker are in demand from entities such as the Risk Management Association and the Appraisal Institute.
As the Head of Lender Strategy for LightBox, Ms. Coleman works on behalf of our Lender and Appraisal communities by acting as a conduit to influence products, data usage, reporting and compliance management. Acting as a consultant for both our internal and external business partners, Ms. Coleman helps to share her knowledge through best practice guidance using real world experience with key stakeholders.

Valerie Ammouri is the Vice President of Sales for LightBox lender and valuation business lines, responsible for leading the strategy and growth plans for sales and client retention across 1,200 banks and 2,000 appraisers. She has more than 10 years of experience working in the commercial real estate industry, and has successfully supported 3 other LightBox sales verticals during her tenure.

Jessica Alford is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in software as a solution.
Throughout her career, Jessica has held a variety of roles, including technical implementation, solutions engineering, and product management. Leveraging expertise in databases, Excel and coding; Jessica was hand-picked by the founder of Report Writer to take on Pro-Services in 2017. Since then, she has become an advanced certified scrum master and worked on countless projects and products for LightBox, ranging from the Collateral360 and RIMS products to Report Writer.
In her current role as Senior Product Manager at LightBox RE, Jessica oversees all aspects of the Valuation/Appraisal initiatives. Her responsibilities include developing and executing product strategy, managing all client-facing communication, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
