Alan Agadoni

Mr. Agadoni is responsible for leading LightBox's Consulting and Engineering solutions including strategy, client engagement and strategic partnerships. For more than 30 years, he was an Environmental Professional who managed a national consulting practice for commercial real estate investors and lenders.

He is a speaker and author on a broad range of environmental, health and safety issues such as site assessments and audits, regulatory compliance, radon, asbestos, and mold. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the southeast chapter of the Real Estate Investment Advisory Council (REIAC) and he directed public course offerings of the Environmental Institute in Atlanta, Georgia. He is a Certified Environmental Auditor and Registered Environmental Property Assessor. 

 
Georgeanna Nugent
Environmental Division Director, McFarland-Johnson, Inc.
 

Georgeanna (“Georgie”) Nugent is the Division Director of Environmental Services for McFarland-Johnson, Inc. and has over 20 years of experience as an environmental professional and a project manager primarily working on municipal, public and transportation projects.

She has a thorough understanding of state and federal regulations, including the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (CWA), and Section 4(f) of the USDOT Act.  She is also a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) with extensive knowledge and experience with the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA).  

She is currently serving on the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) PFAS Working Group and the Airport Cooperative Research Programs (ACRP) Development of PFAS Source Differentiation Guidelines for Airports. She has a master’s degree in environmental science and engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and two bachelors' degrees in environmental science and geology.  In addition, Ms. Nugent serves on two New York state appointed board of directors. She resides in Saratoga Springs, NY with her family.
