Mr. Anderson serves as President of The Planning & Zoning Resource Company (PZR) with a specialty in municipal zoning due diligence.

David founded PZR in 1994 to meet the zoning information needs of lenders and title companies in commercial real property transactions. He is responsible for specification writing, review and coordination of zoning due diligence reports for multi-unit, multi-state transactions, as well as single-site commercial sites. He has worked with a majority of the nation's largest lenders and law firms providing zoning reports for real estate financings and acquisitions.

As a foundation for zoning analysis and associated land title survey review, David is a Registered Professional Land Surveyor in the states of Oklahoma and Colorado. He is a member of the National Society of Professional Surveyors, is a Past-President and former Executive Director of the Oklahoma Society of Land Surveyors.
